  Shocking service Have been with them for the past 3 month and on each occasion they have ether not gotten in what we had ordered even with them being on repeat prescription or have had to wait over an hour because they have missed placed one of the items. Its is very small and no one seems to know what they are doing at any time. The last straw came when we called up to make sure that our repeat prescription would be ready only to be told that we had not set up the repeat on any of the medicines that we have, when this was done the very 1st month that we joined up..... we told them that we will be moving to Well Pharmacy as from now on. they are ridicules and playing with peoples heath and wellbeing with there poor service

  Terrible experience every single time I come here. There is no one to take your prescription but what seems like a hundred people located at he back of the store walking backwards and forwards avoiding your eye contact!! ...and surely with this many staff an hours wait is not right for a prescription!!! I have been given the wrong amount of medication and it took 55 yes 55 attempts for them to answer the phone!!! and then they made me feel like I am the one who made the mistake. I will be taking this matter to head office as it seems everyone who works at the Syston branch is either incompetent, rude or has no customer training whatsoever.
